Job Description

Our client is seeking CNC Machine Operators to join their team. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the CNC Machining Team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality standards, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Location: Saukville, WI

Pay Range: $20/hour
Hours:  4:00 PM – 2:30 AM

What’s the Job?

1. Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, turning, and cutting.
2. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine machining requirements.
3. Select the appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials needed for each job.
4. Monitor the machining process and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and accuracy.
5. Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and troubleshoot issues as needed.

What’s Needed?

1. High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or diploma in CNC machining preferred.
2. Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
3. Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
4. Strong knowledge of CNC programming and machine operations.
5. Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
