Position Summary The Account Manager, GE Defense & Space (D&S), will lead and oversee all customer activities for RH Aero’s GE D&S business ensuring world-class customer experience that aligns with our Values of Ready, Reliable and Relentless. The individual will define, grow and execute the account and relationship strategy for GE D&S. S/he will oversee management of the account, ensure alignment with the engine programs, contractual, and regulatory requirements unique to the military aerospace sector. This role serves as a critical liaison between RH Aero and GE D&S, driving operational excellence, service innovation, and long-term strategic growth. Key Responsibilities : Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, or introducing new solution s.Proactively engage with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and business strategie s.Track account performance, usage, and KPIs; provide regular updates and reports to clients and leadershi Customer Relationships : Build trusted relationships with GE D&S, their program offices, and contracting agencies while serving as a senior point of contact for the customer, ensuring their needs and expectations are consistently met or exceede d.Oversee complaint resolution, service recovery, and escalation management to deliver positive outcomes for both customers and the busines s.Drive improvements in customer satisfaction metrics including CSAT, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and defense customer scorecard s.Manage military procurement processes (e.g., IDIQ contracts, RFPs, RFQs) and ensure compliance while identifying new selling opportunities within these framework Continuous Improvement and Collaboration n:Implement tools and processes (through CRM, ERP) to enhance responsiveness and reportin g.Partner with engineering, supply chain, quality, and sales to ensure effective issue resolution and communication to customer Compliance : Establish policies, processes, and service-level agreements (SLAs) to ensure consistent and compliant suppor t.Oversee and manage processes and contracts to be compliant with military’s aerospace regulatory requirement s.Ensure customer service processes comply with standards, export controls, CMMC compliance and company policie Qualifications and Experience nceBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferr ed.10+ years of experience in account management, customer service, aftermarket support, or program management within aerospace or defen se.Proven track record of building and leading customer service organizatio ns.Strong understanding of U.S. military procurement processes, defense contracting vehicles, and compliance framewor ks.Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skil ls.Proficiency in CRM/service management systems and data analyti cs.Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving abiliti es.Strategic thinker who can align customer needs with broader business objectiv es.Strong collaboration across functions and geographi es.Continuous improvement orientation with a focus on measurable outcom Other Information We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support our team’s health, financial security, and overall well-being.
