Job Details: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our team. This is a hybrid role that allows the flexibility of working from home and office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various accounting operations, conducting special analysis, and handling multiple entities. This role requires expertise in system implementations, integration of new entities, financials, reconciliation, income statement analysis, monthly reporting, and healthcare accounting. The candidate will also be expected to maintain restricted fund report distribution lists. Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including month and end-year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activity etc.Jobot is on a mission to connect good people with good jobs.
