ABOUT THE COMPANY

Our client is a leading Construction organization and they are seeking a Part-Time Accounts Payable Specialist to join the Accounting team.

• The Accounts Payable Specialist will process a few hundred invoices weekly.
• The Accounts Payable Specialist will answer all vendor inquiries.
• Accounts Payable Specialist prepare accounts payable checks.
• Accounts Payable Specialist will reconcile bank statements to the company's financial records.
• Accounts Payable Specialist will assist in monthly closings.
• Accounts Payable Specialist will manage and process company credit card transactions, ensuring proper documentation and approval.

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ROLE:

• Accounts Payable
• Construction and Viewpoint software is a plus
• Attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 2-3 years of AP experience
