Overview of Accounts Payable Specialist:

• Receive, process, verify, and reconcile invoices
• Match invoices to purchase orders to ensure accuracy
• Complete weekly check runs
• Perform credit card reconciliations
• Process employee expense reports
• Other job duties as needed

Preferred qualifications of the Accounts Payable Specialist

• 2-3+ years full cycle Accounts Payable experience
• Skilled with Excel basics to intermediate functions
• Attention to detail and keen eye for accuracy
