Opportunity

HUBB NYC is seeking a full-time intern to assist Acquisitions. The Acquisitions Internship provides an excellent opportunity to learn about the acquisitions and investment strategies in a fast-paced environment. Interns will support the acquisitions team in identifying, analyzing, and executing potential investment opportunities. This role will involve a combination of market research, financial modeling, due diligence, and deal support.

Duties & Responsibilities

· Assist in conducting market research and identifying potential acquisition targets.

· Support the preparation of financial models and valuation analysis.

· Help compile and analyze data for investment memos and presentations.

· Assist in due diligence processes, including gathering and organizing relevant documents.

· Support the creation of internal reports and presentations for senior leadership.

· Collaborate with the team on deal structuring and negotiation processes.

· Provide general administrative support to the acquisitions team as needed.

Qualifications:

· Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.

· Strong interest in acquisitions, investments, or financial analysis.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial modeling is a plus.

· Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

· Prior internship experience in finance, acquisitions, or real estate is a plus.

· Knowledge of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and due diligence processes.

· Familiarity with industry tools (e.g., Bloomberg, Capital IQ, etc.) is a plus

Compensation

· $20/hr
