Full / Part-Time Licensed Acupuncturist - Women’s Health Focus (Westborough, MA)
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Acupuncturist to join our growing team in Westborough, MA. If you are driven by a passion for women's health and thrive in a collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply!
Benefits:

$45-$55/hr based on experience, patient load, and retention
• Hours: Mon-Fri (flexible) • Flexible Hours - 2–4 shifts per week (can be structured around your busiest days)
• CEU/Professional Development Reimbursement: $100-$500/year.
• Clinic Supplies: Provided by the clinic
• Access to clinic modalities and treatments: Acupuncture, PEMF Therapy, Supplements/Herbal Formulas
• Bonus potential based on patient retention and referrals: potential to earn an additional $100-$1000/year

Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of the Acupuncturist position at IA Health include:
• Conducting thorough patient evaluations
• Developing and implementing customized acupuncture treatment plans
• Maintaining accurate patient records
• Coordinating with other healthcare professionals as needed
• Ensuring a clean and safe treatment environment
• Additionally, a basic understanding of women's health and a commitment to ongoing personal education in this specialty are required
Qualifications:
Who You Are: • Licensed Acupuncturist (LAc) in Massachusetts with active Malpractice Insurance
• Credentialed for insurance (Bonus, but not required)
• Grounded, reliable, and professional
• Compassionate and present with patients
• A strong communicator and team player
• Open-minded and passionate about learning and growing
• Comfortable working independently
