The Gerrish School of Business is currently seeking individuals to teach the following Graduate courses in the Fall 2025 semester in our MBA program: BUA527 Financial Management and Control Sections MB08, MB18, MB28 meeting once a week from 8am-Noon on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays respectively at the Beverly Campus for 12 weeks. This course is an applied financial and managerial accounting course focusing on principles of financial and managerial accounting to examine strategic and operational decisions. The course aims to provide managers with financial and managerial accounting theory, concepts, and tools for better financial management decisions and sound judgments regarding financial analyses. Knowledge of FACTSET is a plus. Instructors are expected to deliver the course online asynchronously, abide by Endicott’s academic policies, use the course description and honor learning outcomes, use Canvas as the learning management system, meet deadlines for roster verification and grade submission, communicate with administration if issues arise, meet with students if requested, provide samples of student work for assessment, and use Endicott email for communication outside class. Qualifications include a minimum of a Master’s degree and preferably college-level teaching experience.
