Are you a team player? Do you have great attention to detail? Are you able to perform in a fast paced environment? Manpower has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Clerk at the Austin Hormel Plant. 4-week assignment to start right away.

• Organizes, prints and distributes daily schedules for the supervisor work groups associated with the maintenance work management process.
• Provides data entry for all related functions within the Asset Management System (Work order closure, craftsperson’s time, work order comments, etc.). Handles issues with work order look-ups, part searches, etc.
• Assists with getting parts pricing/availability.
• Filing/retrieval of documents for Mechanical Division Clerk and/or Maintenance planner and engineer.
• Utilizes the Asset Management System to run reports that summarize such data as costs, asset histories, preventative maintenance plans, and other data within the Asset Management System.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to initiate appropriate actions independently.
• Demonstrated problem solving and organizational ability.
• Demonstrated proficiency with PC including experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Preferred experience with Asset Management System.
