We’re seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant who thrives on keeping things organized, accurate, and efficient. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, has a keen eye for detail, and wants a flexible schedule in a professional but relaxed work environment.
You’ll play a key role supporting a small team of field engineers who rely on you to keep information flowing and logistics handled—from updating customer records to booking travel and sending shipments.
Create, update, and maintain customer records in company systems
Book travel for our field team (flights, hotels, rental cars, etc.)
Receive and send small packages from our Highlands Ranch office
Deposit checks and assist with light bookkeeping tasks
Place orders for supplies, parts, and materials as needed
Respond to daily administrative requests from engineers across the country
Communicate with vendors and customers to ensure timely follow-up and accurate information
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize multiple requests and manage time independently
Proficiency with common office tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office)
Reliable, trustworthy, and comfortable handling occasional confidential information
A proactive approach—you like to anticipate what’s needed next
Previous administrative or office coordination experience preferred
