An Aesthetic Provider provides injectables, laser hair removal treatments, chemical peels and microderms, body contouring, and various skin services under the supervision of the Advanced Aesthetic Leader/Medical Director. Hours: M-Tues-Wed-Fri 9am-5pm; Must be able to work 1 late shift per week (Thursdays 11am -8pm) and 1 Saturday per month (10am- 3pm) Responsibilities: Develop a care plan specific to each client, including pre-treatment and post-treatment Deliver treatments using established medical protocols Perform general skin assessments prior to treatment Develop strong client relationships Support sales by recommending other Sona services and products Other special projects or tasks as assigned Requirements: Current and valid RN licensure for the State of North Carolina 1+ or more years of hands-on experience in a Medspa or Dermatology practice is required Experience with Botox and Filler injections is preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Works collaboratively with all staff to achieve team goals A positive attitude with a lot of energy & enthusiasm Preferred Education & Experience: Related industry experience considered a plus Sales experience preferred, specifically with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification is a plus Competencies: Collaborates - Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. Situational Ability - Adapting approach and demeanor in real time to match the shifting demands of different situations Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; climb stairs; talk or hear; grasp and hold equipment; *operate medical machinery. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds. *Employee should be aware that operating some medical and cosmetic machinery may interfere with the operation of an ICD or pacemaker.
