Genesis10 is currently seeking an Agile Scrum Master with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX, and Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Responsible for end-to-end management and delivery of a material change for a high-complexity project across multiple departments within a single business unit. Facilitate Agile methodology and activities, manage, lead, and direct the work efforts of resources aligned with the project team. Ensure the end-to-end integration of various work streams to deliver the project solution, including managing project scope. Lead daily Scrum meetings and collaborate with the product owner to guide the team. Remove impediments to team delivery, focusing on activities and progress. Manage project timeline and budget/expenses. Align resources to key project roles and establish clear responsibilities and accountabilities. Oversee project execution, integration, and implementation. Implement risk management and mitigation planning. Manage readiness, change adoption, and stakeholder engagement. Ensure quality assurance and that all change requirements are satisfied. Act as the primary point of contact and integration for the project.
