We are seeking a dynamic professional who can combine AI automation with project management expertise to streamline and enhance project reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in AI prompt engineering (ChatGPT) and experience working with project management tools such as Confluence, Jira, and Rally.

This role focuses on automating project data extraction, creating intelligent reporting workflows, and generating dashboards and insights that support decision-making and efficiency across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Data Integration & Organization:

• Extract, clean, and organize project data from tools including Confluence, Jira, and Rally.
• Ensure consistency, traceability, and accessibility of project metrics.

AI Prompt Engineering:

• Develop and refine ChatGPT prompts to automate project reporting, summaries, and dashboards.
• Build reusable prompt libraries for recurring workflows and reporting templates.

Automated Reporting & Dashboard Generation:

• Leverage AI tools to generate real-time project dashboards, status updates, and executive summaries.
• Integrate AI outputs with project management systems for continuous reporting automation.

Project Management Insight:

• Apply Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall principles to interpret project data and derive actionable insights.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to align AI-generated reports with business goals.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work cross-functionally with data analysts, PMO teams, and technical stakeholders.
• Present findings and automated summaries effectively to leadership and delivery teams .

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in AI prompt engineering using ChatGPT or similar tools.
• Hands-on experience with Confluence, Jira, and Rally (or equivalent project management platforms).
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret complex project data and generate actionable, automated insights.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building AI-driven dashboards and automated reporting systems.
• Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM).
• Experience working in cross-functional project delivery environments.
