Cats’ Castle Cat Hotel is a family owned cats only boarding facility. Cats’ Castle provides a luxurious alternative to pet sitting. At Cats' Castle, cat care is our number one priority. We always need to make sure that every kitty is comfortable, happy and most importantly healthy.

This position is offering a full time at ~35 hours/week. 

General responsibilities :

• Providing excellent customer service to owners during check in/out, taking bookings, giving tours, answering phones/email, etc.
• Feeding cats according to customer instruction
• Cleaning and disinfecting cat suites
• Administering medication (including pills and injections)
• Monitoring litter box activity
• Maintaining facility cleanliness
• Other duties as assigned

Job requirements:

• One year experience (minimum) working with animals
• Ability to lift 40 lbs regularly and stand and crouch for long periods of time a must
• Willingness to work days, weekends and evenings
• Proficiency with computers (including Microsoft Office and Social Media)
• Energetic and positive attitude
• Reliable transportation
• Sales, retail or customer service experience is an asset
• Passion for cats
