We are seeking a full-time Apartment Maintenance to support three apartment communities in Breckenridge, MN and Enderlin, ND. Most work will take place in Breckenridge, with up to two scheduled days per month in Enderlin-mileage is paid for travel. This hands-on role is responsible for keeping buildings, apartments, and grounds in great condition, including repairs, preventative maintenance, and preparing units for new residents. Typical work may include appliance repair, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, lawn care, and snow removal. Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot issues independently are important. An on-call rotation is required, and applicants should have general maintenance experience and a valid driver's license. Pay starts around $23 - $26 per hour and includes excellent benefits.
