Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
- Fabricate and install parts as needed.
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
- get apartment units ready for move ins
Skills:
- Strong maintenance knowledge and aptitude.
- Experience working with electrical systems and troubleshooting electrical issues.
-Knowledge of building maintenance Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus..
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
- Customer service-oriented mindset, with the ability to prioritize tasks based on business needs.
