Application System Analyst Associate | Epic ClinDoc Pay Competitive Employment type: Full-Time Job Description Req#: 218579 CentraCare is looking for a hardworking individual to join our Epic Clinical Information Services Team. The successful candidate will be hired into an Epic ClinDoc Application System Analyst Associate position. Full-time | 80 hours per two weeks | Monday – Friday | Primarily between 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. | Occasional weekends, evenings as assigned covering go-lives, on-call, etc. | Primarily Remote, does require on-site work. What you’ll do: Works with Inpatient Nursing end users and Epic technical groups to provide operational and technical support, troubleshooting, and recommend process or system improvements. Complete basic Epic functions to include working with flowsheets, work queues, reports, troubleshooting issues, new department build and support. Make recommendations for application workflow improvements. Install new features and complete upgrade notes. Ensures standards of practice for existing and planned systems remain compatible within IT Infrastructure and other software applications. Implements and abides by Customer Service Standards. Supports and implements patient safety practices as appropriate. Routinely performs analysis of workflows, data collection, and other technical issues associated with the use of the application software and is responsible for design, build, testing and maintaining those solutions. What you’ll have: Associates degree in a related field or equivalent of 2 years' work experience required. 2 years of clinical operational or related application experience or current related application certification. Previous experience in information technology and/or software preferred. Epic Certification Core Software application certification or proficiency required within 6 months of hire and within 3 attempts of testing, if applicable.
