Job Title: Assembler Job Description We are seeking a dedicated assembler with strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with others. This role involves being comfortable on your feet all day and a willingness to be cross-trained in various areas of a 12-step process. Responsibilities Documenting received parts during the receiving process. Performing a factory reset by manually pressing a button. Conducting an automatic test by plugging in up to 32 units to determine repair needs, involving longer cycle times of 60-90 minutes. Executing a Wi-Fi test. Conducting an elevated temperature test. Performing cosmetic cleaning. Carrying out cosmetic repairs. Implementing In Process Quality Control (IPQC). Kitting parts for assembly. Building pallets for pack out and shipping, specifically for AT&T kits. Shipping completed units. Essential Skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively with team members Comfortable standing for the entirety of the day Willingness to be cross-trained in various areas Additional Skills & Qualifications Hand dexterity Punctuality Experience with assembly, packing, and repair Proficiency in using soldering equipment and RF scanners Ability to read blueprints and use power tools Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
