Summary: Seeking a Mechanical Assembler with hands-on assembly experience and proficiency in interpreting blueprints and written instructions to perform complex assembly operations.

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED

• 2+ years of assembly experience

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and written work instructions in English

• Experience in mechanical assembly using various tools and fixtures

• Compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience participating in 5S, LEAN, and Kaizen continuous improvement activities

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform complex parts assembly operations using appropriate tooling, fixtures, and hand tools

• Ensure accurate interpretation and execution based on blueprints and written work instructions

• Participate in 5S, LEAN Kaizen, and problem-solving team activities to enhance production efficiency and quality

• Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and safety standards in the assembly process

Pay: 18-19

Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
