The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for elevating client experiences and nurturing client relationships. Prior supervisory experience is required. The ability to motivate the team and quickly solve sales-related issues is required. Ability to provide solutions to clients’ needs. This role also requires strong selling/closing skills, strong computer skills- Excel and Work proficiency. Foreign language ability applicable to the market is preferred. Bachelor’s degree is required. Luxury sales experience with 4 years in a luxury retail environment is preferred. We are also looking for excellent communications and problem-solving skills and strong interpersonal skills. The ability to travel is a must.
What are we expecting from you?
Reporting to the Boutique Director you will be responsible for assisting the Boutique Director with the overall management and enhancement of the Boutique, with the main objectives of developing sales, growing the sales teams, and reaching a sustainable high quality of service. As an Assistant Boutique Manager, you must be a true leader in the boutique, sharing VCA values with the teams and acting as a true Ambassador of the Maison.
