We are seeking a Defense Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of insurance defense experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload from pre-suit through arbitrationtrial, including depositions, discovery, trial pleadings, and court appearances.
• Handle trial and arbitration matters with confidence and tenacity.
• Familiarity with Florida and Federal rules of civil procedure, e-filing, and court deadlines.
• Employ creative defense strategies to advocate for our clients.
• Engage directly with clients, offering strategic advice on business matters.
• Deliver seminars to clients as needed.
• Review and evaluate medical records in litigation matters.
• Maintain an organized, detail-oriented approach while handling a high volume of cases.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of insurance defense experience.
• Strong knowledge of Florida Bar rules and Federal rules of civil procedure.
• Admission to the Florida Bar (Required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Westlaw, andor Lexis.
