Chargezoom is a rapidly growing startup based in Salt Lake City, UT that is transforming the B2B digital payments industry. We're seeking an Associate Product Operations Manager to bridge the gap between our product, engineering, and support teams.

At Chargezoom, we understand that the security and quality of our fintech solutions are paramount to our success and our customers' trust. As such, this role plays a crucial part in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of security and functionality. By conducting thorough QA, managing our Bug Bounty Program, and facilitating communication between teams, you'll be instrumental in maintaining the integrity and reliability of our offerings in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between multiple teams and departments
• Own Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing alongside the VP of Product
• Work with security researchers in our Bug Bounty Program to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong technical background with QA experience
• Familiarity with current security standards and compliance frameworks (e.g. OWASP, PCI DSS)
• Proficiency with product/project management tools like Jira
• Keen sense of prioritization and urgency

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter who has ability to operate independently
• Understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
• General knowledge of QuickBooks or other popular accounting software services
