Athletic/Sports Trainer – Youth Sports Performance
Location: Redline Athletics – Gig Harbor, WA
Part-Time or Full-Time | Flexible Scheduling
Redline Athletics Gig Harbor is seeking a dynamic and motivated Athletic/Sports Trainer to work with youth athletes ages 8–18 in a high-energy, performance-driven environment. This is an exciting opportunity to help the next generation of athletes improve their performance, prevent injuries, and reach their full potential.

Our Gig Harbor location serves athletes of all sports and skill levels, with an emphasis on performance, safety, and character development. We offer a fun, supportive, and fast-paced environment focused on long-term athletic success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead performance training sessions focused on speed, agility, strength, and injury prevention
Design and implement age-appropriate training programs for youth athletes
Conduct assessments to track progress and tailor training plans
Provide education on movement mechanics, recovery strategies, and athletic health
Ensure a safe and positive training environment for all athletes
Collaborate with parents, coaches, and staff to support each athlete’s goals
Assist with general facility operations, including equipment setup and cleanliness
Qualifications:
Background in sports performance, athletic training, or exercise science
Experience working with youth athletes strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of strength and conditioning principles and injury prevention
CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
Degree or certification in Athletic Training, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field a plus
Energetic, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
Comfortable working evenings or weekends as needed
