What You’ll Be Working On:

• Advanced diagnostics & drivability issues.
• Electrical, engine, suspension, braking, and HVAC systems.
• Complex jobs that require real thinking — not guesswork.
• Late-model vehicles and higher-quality repair work.
• Occasional mentoring of other techs.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 8–10+ years professional experience (Master Tech level preferred).
• Strong diagnostic mindset — not a parts-changer.
• ASE certifications a strong plus.
• European vehicle experience.
• Clean driving record & valid driver’s license.
• Takes pride in clean, correct, repeatable repairs.

This Job Is NOT For:

• Entry-level or apprentice technicians.
• Anyone who cuts corners to flag hours.
• Shops hoppers or short-term fillers.
