Barback

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Assist Bartender at all times, making sure Bartender has all supplies necessary.
• Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers.
• Assisting in inventory and ordering supplies to ensure bar and tables are well-stocked.
• Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations.
• Maintaining a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.
• Complete any beginning or closing shift duties.

Requirements:

• Must be able to transport objects up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods of time, and work at a quick pace.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance are available for full-time, hourly Team Members on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additionally, company-paid Life Insurance and Short-Term Disability are provided where allowed. Part-Time Team Members are offered a Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) Health plan in addition to Dental, Vision, Short-Term Disability, and Life Insurance.
