Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (1099 position)

Location: Davie, FL
Position Type: Full-Time(Mon-Fri 8am-6pm)/ Part-Time
Setting: Schools / community centers.
Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team in providing high-quality behavior therapy services. In this role, you will work directly with children and adolescents, ages 2 to 18, in outpatient settings, including schools, centers, and community environments. You will assist in the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans, under the supervision of a BCBA, while delivering hands-on support to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
Implement behavior intervention strategies and techniques with clients in school, center, and community settings.
Provide direct, one-on-one therapy to children and adolescents with behavioral and developmental challenges.
Collect and analyze data to track client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Assist in training and providing guidance to behavior technicians on treatment plan implementation.
Ensure all documentation is accurate, timely, and in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory guidelines.
Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to optimize treatment plans and client outcomes.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of therapeutic strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification required.
CPR certification required.
Liability & Insurance required.
6 months to 1 year of experience in the field of behavior analysis or a related role is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Passion for working with children and adolescents with behavioral challenges.
