Job Description
Job Title : BCBA/BCaBA - Clinical Team Member
Job type :Full-time/Part-time
Location : Novato, CA
Shift Timings: 8-hour shift,
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures, train and oversee staff including behavior assistants and RBTs.
Collaborate with caregivers and other service providers, integrating interventions into various plans and attending relevant meetings.
Contribute to the development of our proprietary Behavioral Care AI Engine.
Review, co-create, and enhance AI-generated assessments, reports, BIPs, and session plans.
Ensure compliance with CPR, BLS certification, and other regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA THERAPY ) or a related field
Certification as a BCBA
Relevant work experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, including practicum or internship
Must reside in the specified area with availability for in-person services
Reliable transportation for local travel between client homes
Willingness to travel 100% for client meetings and visits
