Our company is currently seeking a Tax/Accounting/bookkeeping/Office manager to join our team! You will be responsible for Bookkeeping, preparing T1 and T2, answering calls, and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Book Keeping (QBO, QB, SAGE 50, Xero, WISE etc.)
  • T1 and T2 preparation on Profile
  • Preparing Financial statements
  • Payroll processing
  • Customer relationships
  • Office Management
  • Answering Calls 

Qualifications:

  • Profile software for T1 and T2
  • Quick books and Quick books online
  • Sage 50, WISE and Xero.
  • Payroll Processing using Quick books
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Great communication skills
  • Customer oriented.
  • Problem solver
  • Trustworthy and self-motivated
