Each year, PepWear attends more than 800+ events to celebrate student achievements, primarily at High School State Championship events held from October through June. In this position, you would set up tents, tables, registers, and sell souvenir merchandise (mainly custom t-shirts, plaques, and memorabilia) to high school students at these competitions. Highlights include: W-2 position, earn commissions based on sales, plus bonuses All expenses paid, including mileage and drive time Work with great people and customers Opportunity to travel Couples are welcome The Event Sales Representative (PepReps) is responsible for: Transporting merchandise and equipment to the event site Setting up the sales booth Selling products Packing up after the event Reporting sales and expenses, managing money collected Managing a team of 1 to 5 workers assisting with duties This role requires being on your feet for hours and lifting/moving boxes and equipment weighing up to 40 pounds. Events may occur during weekdays and weekends, lasting from one to three days. This is a Part-Time/Seasonal position. Events occur year-round, with peak times from January to April and September to November, mostly on Saturdays.
