Job Title: Brand Promoter for Marcos Pizza
Location: Orlando, FL (Multiple Marco’s Pizza Locations)
Job Type: Part-Time/Full-Time

Job Overview:

Marco’s Pizza is looking for a motivated and outgoing Local Store Marketing Representative to drive sales and community engagement across our Orlando locations. This role involves traveling between multiple stores, creating and executing local marketing plans, and developing relationships with area businesses, schools, and organizations to generate sales and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement local store marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
  • Visit area businesses, schools, and community organizations to promote Marco’s Pizza and establish catering/large order partnerships.
  • Distribute promotional materials, coupons, and special offers to drive foot traffic and orders.
  • Coordinate and attend local events, sponsorships, and fundraisers to boost brand awareness.
  • Work closely with store managers and staff to execute promotions and track results.
  • Monitor and analyze the success of marketing efforts, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly brand presence in the community.
  • Travel between Marco’s Pizza locations in the Orlando area as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or promotions (preferred but not required).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills—must be comfortable engaging with business owners, school administrators, and community leaders.
  • Dependable and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license and insurance.
  • Ability to lift marketing materials and promotional items as needed.
  • Passion for food and enthusiasm for the Marco’s Pizza brand.
