JOB POSTING 2025-2026 School Year BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS MAINTENANCE Day Shift - Mon-Fri (VHS) Qualifications: 1. Required to obtain a Black Seal Boiler Operators license within the first year of employment
2. Knowledge of grounds keeping equipment and landscaping
3. Ability to read, write and communicate effectively
4. Must possess a valid driver's license
5. Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal alien status
Salary Range : $43,282 - $56,312 (2025-2026 School Year) plus $1,500 Black Seal Stipend (upon obtaining), as per the Association Agreements with the Board of Education.
