Position: International Commercial Analyst
Duration: 6 months
Location: Seattle, WA, Hybrid
Overview : Our Fortune 500 client is seeking a dynamic and experienced contractor to join their team for a 6-month period. This role will focus on supporting the development of international commercial performance initiatives to support the organization's growing network to Asia and Europe, performing analytics to identify trends and insights into our performance, and supporting guest experience for our new international service from Seattle to Asia and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
• International Commercial Performance:
- Assist with developing international market performance initiatives aimed at increasing sales, yield, revenue, and overall performance.
- Research developing trends and performance in Asia and Europe markets.
- Own analytics and data to provide insights to management
- Report on the performance of international initiatives, providing insights to management for decision-making and driving efficiency.
• Guest Experience Enhancement:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all guest touchpoints meet the organization's high standards of service.
- Work closely with the marketing and branding teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and experience across all platforms.
- Conduct guest feedback analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable solutions.
- Address and resolve any operational challenges that may impact the guest experience.
- Manage the pre-trip guest webpages
- Monitor and report on the progress of guest experience initiatives, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Project Management:
- Manage the timeline and deliverables for guest experience enhancement projects.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Prepare detailed project reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare weekly reporting updates for internal stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in guest experience management, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing integrations, enhancing customer experiences, and collaborating on commercial performance initiatives.
- Ability to think strategically and “outside the box”.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners, as well as independently in a fast moving environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with international airline operations.
- Familiarity with Japanese and Korean cultures and languages.
- Certification in project management (PMP or similar).
