What You'll Do:
Dive deep into business needs, gathering and documenting requirements for new systems and enhancements.
Analyze existing processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
Design and develop system specifications, prototypes, and data models that bring solutions to life.
Lead meetings with stakeholders, acting as a bridge between technical and business teams, gathering requirements, and providing project updates.
Ensure system quality and functionality by developing and executing comprehensive test plans.
Become a system expert, providing support and troubleshooting assistance for any issues that arise.
Empower users by developing clear and concise documentation and training materials.
Collaborate closely with developers and other team members, ensuring seamless implementation of solutions.
Take ownership by leading small to medium-sized projects or workstreams within larger initiatives.
Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with industry trends and developments in business systems analysis.
What You'll Bring:
