Summary:

In this role, you will play an integral part in organizing, developing, and delivering programs and custom services, leveraging your experience in Business Development, management, analysis, and healthcare education.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead delivery of programmatic advisory services for diverse members by developing and facilitating engagement strategies.
  2. Cultivate key internal and external stakeholder relationships, coordinate offerings, and improve performance.
  3. Support business development activities including budgeting, pricing, marketing, proposal development, and sales processes.
  4. Enhance existing products/services/tools/methods and develop new services to address business challenges.
  5. Align budgets and initiatives with growth targets, responsible for revenue and year-over-year growth.
  6. Provide industry insights, expertise, and recommendations based on best practices and trends.
  7. Facilitate meetings with executive leadership to promote program and individual engagement.
  8. Manage logistical aspects of custom services, including scheduling, SME/resource identification, and solutions development.
  9. Build and maintain relationships within the organization and with key stakeholders across the healthcare continuum.
  10. Serve as an internal and external expert resource.
  11. Monitor market dynamics and member feedback to develop new program offerings.

Qualifications:

  1. Relevant degree preferred.
  2. 7+ years of experience in healthcare, business development, consulting, or related fields.
  3. Experience in designing and delivering programs, including curriculum and instructional design.
  4. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives.
  5. Knowledge of healthcare governance within healthcare organizations.
  6. Excellent presentation and facilitation skills to engage and inspire learners.
  7. Proven collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  8. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  9. Willingness to travel as needed for training and industry events.

Additional Information:

The estimated salary range is $117,600 to $206,000, and the position is incentive eligible. Vizient offers a comprehensive benefits plan. For more details, visit:
