Summary of Role The Business Office Clerk is responsible for ensuring weekly statements are printed out, folded, stuffed and mailed. This includes working weekly Excel statement report sent showing guarantor id numbers in Epic that need to print out. Responding via email to completion of each week's statements. Maintains high quality standards in compliance with HIPAA guidelines. Will perform other duties as assigned by management.
Key Responsibilities - Process Excel file of patient statements
- Provide a fully stocked printer
- Sort and Staple statements
- Fold, Stuff and Seal statements into Orthopaedic Associate Envelopes
- Move completed mail bins to mail area
- Effectively meets time completion goals.
- Ability to work and contribute independently.
- Communicate to appropriate staff the verification of statement run is complete
- Effectively work in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Participate in and complete special projects and perform additional duties as required.
- Maintains high quality standards in compliance with HIPAA, federal and state guidelines.

Your Skills and Experience Required - High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience using EPIC, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook
- Must be able to maintain a professional attitude and confidentiality.
- Strong oral and written communication, and time management skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced working environment.
Work Environment Shifts are Tuesday - Friday between 8 AM - 2 PM. This position will report in-person to the OAW Pewaukee Clinic.
