Great Opportunity! Join our team as a Building Office Manager (BOM) in our Skilled Nursing Facility!
Location: Rome, NY

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with residents and families to discuss and guide them through their financial obligations.
• Assist with gathering and processing documentation for Medicaid applications.
• Input and maintain accurate census information in both billing and clinical software.
• Oversee the collection of private and income-related payments due to the facility.
• Assist with the insurance authorization process.
• Distribute resident funds and manage financial accounts for residents.
• Ensure that all admission agreements are signed and properly documented.
• Provide additional administrative support and perform other duties as required.

What We’re Looking For:

• Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and HMO processes is a strong plus.
• Ability to meet with residents and families and discuss sensitive financial matters with professionalism and care.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with residents, families, and staff.
