Job Description:
Camp Mary Help, a Catholic summer camp nestled in the heart of Tampa, is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Activity Coordinators to join our team. As a member of our staff, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and leading a variety of engaging activities each week for campers aged between 5-15 years old. From sports to arts and crafts, fi shing to archery, you will play a crucial role in creating a fun and memorable experience for our campers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth execution of planned activities.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all campers while promoting teamwork and positive social interactions.
• Supervise campers during daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all time
• Provide guidance and support to campers to help them develop new skills and build confidence.
• Serve as a positive role model for campers, promoting Catholic values and teachings.
• Assist in the implementation of the camp’s daily schedule and routines.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of Catholic teachings and traditions is a plus.
• Must pass FBI Level II background screening and complete Safe Environment Training prior to employment.
• Full-time and Part-time positions available. Minimum of two weeks required.
