Job Description

Attention, Campus Recruiting Maverick: Your Next Challenge Awaits

Are you the unstoppable force that transforms campuses into talent hotspots? We're seeking two elite campus recruiters to spearhead our mission: identifying the brightest CS/ML minds from Stanford and MIT for our groundbreaking summer program.

This isn't just another recruiting role—it's a high-octane adventure for those who thrive on challenge, excel in high-energy environments, and consider "impossible" a personal invitation. If you're energized by forging connections, orchestrating events with military precision, and shaping the future of tech while living out of a suitcase, step up to the plate.

The Essentials:

  • $75,000/year + comprehensive travel coverage
  • Full-time commitment
  • Home base: Austin, TX (with extensive travel to Stanford and MIT)

You're Our Ideal Candidate If:

  • Your energy is contagious, igniting every room you enter
  • You're a master of organization, effortlessly juggling multiple priorities
  • Challenges fuel your fire, and "impossible" is just another word for "watch me"
  • Campus life invigorates you, and engaging with students is second nature
  • You connect seamlessly with everyone from student leaders to coding prodigies
  • Constant travel isn't just tolerable—it's your preferred lifestyle

Your 2025 Roadmap:

  • Jan–May: Dominate Stanford and MIT campuses with high-impact recruitment campaigns, electrifying events, and strategic relationship-building
  • June–Aug: Ensure a transformative experience for summer program participants
  • Sept–Dec: Leverage your first-cycle insights to exponentially amplify your impact

If you're still here, heart racing with excitement, there's only one thing left to do: Apply now and prove you're the game-changer we're seeking.

What you will be doing

  • Spearhead dynamic, results-driven recruitment campaigns at Stanford and MIT, targeting top-tier CS/ML talent
  • Forge strategic alliances with students, faculty, and university organizations to build a robust talent network
  • Manage a high-caliber talent pipeline with laser focus and relentless drive to exceed ambitious goals
  • Navigate between Austin, Stanford, and MIT, orchestrating high-impact recruitment events and cultivating key relationships

What you will NOT be doing

  • Languishing behind a desk in a quiet office
  • Adhering to a predictable 9-to-5 routine
  • Relying on impersonal, arms-length recruitment tactics
  • Settling for mediocre results or accepting "good enough" as a standard
  • Shying away from high-pressure situations or challenging conversations

Key Responsibilities

Drive the acquisition and cultivation of a elite pipeline comprising 100 top-tier CS/ML students from Stanford and MIT through high-impact campus engagement and strategic relationship-building, directly contributing to the future of tech innovation.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven track record of 1+ years in college recruiting or university admissions, demonstrating exceptional success in high-volume candidate engagement
  • Consistent history of surpassing aggressive outreach and conversion targets
  • Impressive portfolio showcasing successful, high-impact recruiting and marketing events
  • Demonstrated excellence in managing complex projects with quantifiable outcomes
  • Proficiency in leveraging ATS/CRM systems for strategic pipeline management
  • Current residence in Austin, TX or willingness to relocate
  • Ability to thrive with up to 75% travel during peak recruiting seasons (January-May, August-November)
