**Job Overview**
Title of Job Candy Production Assistant
20 to 30 hours per week with possibility of becoming full time
On the job training
Responsibilities (Determined by Hours per week)
+ Cook caramel candy
+ Work on chocolate coating crew: squiggle chocolate coated caramels, catch candy coming off conveyer belt, prepare caramel candy for coating; possibly temper chocolate
+ Package candy
+ Shrink wrap boxes
+ Pour mint candies
Qualifications
+ Physical strength, focus and coordination able to lift 20 - 50 lbs, work at high-speed candy machines for an uninterrupted 75 minutes
+ Team player able to work well with others
+ Flexibility and adaptability required for doing a variety of jobs
+ Comfortable working in a quiet environment
