What You’ll Do

Strategic Planning & Sales Growth

• Develop and execute catering strategies to achieve growth goals, in collaboration with marketing and leadership.
• Lead market research, promotional campaigns, and community outreach to attract and retain catering clients.
• Craft custom catering proposals that turn leads into long-term clients.

Community Engagement

• Cultivate relationships with local businesses, organizations, and event planners.
• Represent Burrachos at networking events, trade shows, and community activities to establish our catering presence.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in catering sales or management, preferably in the fast-casual or quick-service industry.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong financial and business acumen.
• A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to exceptional service.
• Availability for weekly travel (60%) between restaurant locations and event sites.
