TransAm Schwan’s Kentucky Dedicated Truck Drivers Enjoy:

Starting pay rate is $0.60 - $0.65 / mile, loaded and empty*
Pay rate increases at 3, 6, and 12 months of continuous safe driving, with increases every 6 months after up to the cap**
Out 8 days followed by 48 hours of home time

TransAm Schwan’s Kentucky Dedicated Truck Driver Job Requirements:

Valid CDL-A
Must have at-least 3 months of verified tractor-trailer driving experience
Minimum 21-years-old

***May be eligible for a guaranteed gross weekly pay amount for working a full schedule, not being responsible for any service failures, and no preventable accidents. Continued employment through the date of payment is a material condition of eligibility and a condition precedent to earning the incentive.
