Cell Phone Repair Technician | UBREAKIFIX Are you tech-savvy and great at troubleshooting? UBREAKIFIX is seeking driven Cell Phone Repair Technicians to join our team and grow with us in the dynamic world of device repair. As a technician, you’ll diagnose device problems, complete accurate and efficient repairs, and ensure every customer receives a dependable, high-quality experience. Your technical skills and precision will play a key role in maintaining our trusted reputation. We offer competitive pay ranging from $16–$18 per hour, depending on experience, as well as clear opportunities for career development within a respected and rapidly growing organization. Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on various cell phone models.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and services provided.
• Stay updated on the latest cell phone technology trends and repair techniques.
• Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and are completed in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in cell phone repair or a related field is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong interest in consumer electronics and a passion for staying updated with the latest technology.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive interactions.
• Reliable, with a strong work ethic and high level of execution in all tasks.
• Demonstrated humility and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
