Role: Co-Founder / CEO (Full Operational Control).

  • Equity: 10% 15% (Anti-dilution protection).
  • Goal: Personal Net Worth of $1B+ in 34 years.

Finance: Market-rate compensation post-Series A. Before thatfocus on equity value.

Location : US Based (Mandatory).

This is a Wartime CEO role. We need a General on the battlefield, not a digital nomad. Immediate relocation to the US is required if not currently present.
