JOIN TEAM TRILOGY What You Will Be Doing * Participate in daily nursing report along with daily electronic documentation. * Assist residents with daily needs such as, but not limited to personal hygiene activities, dressing/undressing, lifting, and transporting when needed. * Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when warranted. * Work with a high quality, collaborative team. Where You Will Be Going * Regional Travel * Defined as travel for work assignment up to two (2) hours from home address, where license or certification is applicable. * or- * Full Travel * Defined as travel for work assignment across the Company's footprint. (IN, OH, MI, WI AND KY) where license or certification is applicable. * Full-time, 12-hour shifts with block scheduling for overnight stays! * Mileage and meal reimbursement provided!
