JOB SUMMARY
Ensures that all services are delivered in accordance with the Mission Statement and S.P.I.R.I.T. Values of Carroll Hospice and Carroll Hospital Center. The Chaplain assists the Interdisciplinary Team to develop a comprehensive plan of care and facilitate optimal patient care for each patient and family. The Chaplain provides guidance for the Hospice Interdisciplinary Group (IDG) on matters of spiritual counsel and spiritual resources, including prayer and sacraments for the patient and family members. The Chaplain, as requested, provides spiritual care to patients, family members, facility staff, and hospice interdisciplinary colleagues REQUIREMENTSAdditional Information
