About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to join their team. The CAO will be a key leader, responsible for the overall management of the hospital's day-to-day operations and administrative functions. This includes financial management, human resources, compliance, facilities management, and ensuring operational efficiency. The successful candidate will work closely with the leadership team to align clinical and operational missions, monitor the organization's financial structure, and contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans. Collaboration with provider colleagues, particularly in the establishment of a learning environment, and maintaining positive relationships with the medical staff are also essential aspects of the role. Candidates for the CAO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in healthcare administration, with a preference for those at the C-Suite level. An MBA or MHA is also preferred. The role requires a leader who can provide guidance, support, and direction to various departments, and who is committed to the mission and values of the organization. The CAO will be expected to be a visible and engaged leader, participating in various meetings and serving as an executive representative in the community. Identifying market trends and opportunities for growth, as well as integrating physicians into decision-making processes, are key responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be adept at setting and achieving operational objectives, and will be dedicated to ensuring the continued success and improvement of the organization.
