About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to join their executive leadership team. The CAO will be responsible for leading and integrating critical functions such as business management, HR, IT, marketing, and office operations to ensure operational efficiency and strategic alignment. This role is pivotal in driving strategic leadership across all administrative departments, partnering with executives to set and monitor goals, and overseeing policies, compliance, and risk management in a highly regulated industry. The successful candidate will be tasked with optimizing systems for efficiency, productivity, and growth, as well as managing insurance programs and ensuring regulatory compliance. Candidates for the CAO position at the company should have a Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field, with a Masters degree preferred, and 10-15 years of experience in senior administrative or operational leadership, ideally in the construction industry. The role requires a proven track record in strategic planning, organizational development, and system optimization, as well as strong financial acumen, risk management expertise, and leadership skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems is also necessary. The CAO will be expected to represent the company at industry events to enhance visibility and partnerships. This is an on-site leadership position that demands real-time collaboration with executives, staff, and partners.
