Chief Fundraising Officer – Phoenix Guardian Alliance

Phoenix Guardian Alliance is building the first all-in-one digital lifeline for survivors of domestic violence. As we prepare for launch, we are seeking a Chief Fundraising Officer (CFO) who is not only ambitious and determined but also deeply motivated by mission-driven work.

This is not a role for someone who wants to sit on the sidelines — we are looking for a passionate, well-mannered, and socially confident leader who thrives in high-energy environments and enjoys connecting with people at every level, especially high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) donors.

What we’re looking for:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — you should feel at home pitching alongside our CEO to philanthropists, corporate leaders, and foundations.
• Confidence and grace in high-society settings, including galas, private fundraising events, and donor dinners.
• Drive, resilience, and passion for making a difference — someone who doesn’t give up easily and believes deeply in our mission.
• Strong presentation and storytelling ability — able to inspire donors with both facts and heart.
• A background in sales, business development, or fundraising is highly valued, but not required. If you can connect, communicate, and close, we want to talk to you.
• Connections within the philanthropic, business, and cultural communities of LA and NYC are highly valued.

Location:
Work can be fully remote, but preference will be given to candidates based in Orange County, Los Angeles, or New York City .

Compensation:

• This position begins with a one-month performance-based onboarding period , during which compensation will be provided through a bonus for each donor closed .
• After this first month, the role transitions to a full-time compensation package of $70,000+/year , plus ongoing performance-based bonuses for each donor closed .
