About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to provide both operating and strategic oversight during a period of significant organizational growth and a heightened focus on corporate social responsibility. The successful candidate will serve as the primary partner to the CEO, responsible for the development, implementation, and refinement of processes and procedures across all critical business functions, including finance, accounting, program development, management, human resources, and operations. This role demands a seasoned, mission-focused individual with a strong background in executing vision and strategy through day-to-day operations, financial oversight, and staff management. The Chief of Staff will also be a key member of the leadership team, ensuring the organization's effectiveness and engagement with various stakeholders.
