About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for its Medicare Clinical Strategy team. This pivotal role involves supporting the development of business strategy, aggregating and synthesizing external industry analysis, and partnering with various functions to drive strategic planning, management processes, and employee engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for governance, including leadership meeting management, and will play a key part in the execution of the business's governance model. Core responsibilities also include managing business inputs for presentations and strategy processes, as well as leading key initiatives, such as the development of executive materials and overseeing the team's priorities. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position should be self-starters, action-oriented, and possess a strategic mindset. The role requires a candidate with a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), at least 3 years of project management experience, and the ability to build relationships and influence across all levels of the organization. Effective communication, collaboration with senior leaders, and the ability to work in a heavily matrixed environment are essential. The ideal candidate will have a high emotional quotient, be resilient, and have the ability to multitask. Experience in Medicare managed care or relevant healthcare is a plus. The Chief of Staff will be a connection point between business leadership and various stakeholders, ensuring the successful execution of the business's commitments.
